As a messaging infrastructure provider, we process end-user data strictly on behalf of our client businesses. This may include phone numbers, message content, timestamps, delivery status information, and opt-in or opt-out indicators.
We act solely as a data processor for such information. We do not determine the purpose or independent use of such data beyond providing platform functionality.

Chaturya Technologies does not independently initiate customer messaging. All business-initiated communications are triggered and controlled by our client businesses.
Personal information is processed for service delivery, message routing, webhook execution, workflow automation, quality monitoring, abuse detection, system security, regulatory compliance, and client support.
Client businesses are responsible for obtaining lawful and explicit opt-in consent from their customers before initiating WhatsApp communications.
Client businesses are further responsible for ensuring compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, Meta Platform Terms, and all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic communications.
End users may withdraw consent at any time using stop keywords or other opt-out mechanisms provided by the client. Our platform supports opt-out enforcement and compliance tracking.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery, contractual obligations, audit logging, dispute resolution, and statutory compliance under Indian law.
Data deletion requests may be submitted by contacting us at admin@chaturya.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.

Data transmitted via the WhatsApp Business Platform may be processed through Meta’s global infrastructure. Such transfers occur in accordance with Meta’s applicable safeguards and policies.
Subject to Indian law, individuals may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of personal information. Requests should primarily be directed to the relevant business communicating with the individual. We assist our clients in fulfilling lawful requests where applicable.
This Privacy Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
